In one of our projects, we encountered ongoing issues related to forklift driver accidents. Through observations and analysis, we identified the root causes and implemented an innovative solution—a smart forklift monitor system. The goal was to improved driver performance, enhanced workplace safety, real-time accident reporting, increased driver accountability, and reduced costs associated with unsafe vehicle operation.
