Jody Strom has spent the last 20+ years in food and beverage and construction companies supporting Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost operational improvements. She has extensive experience implementing compliance programs, lean and continuous improvement programs and reducing waste in manufacturing and distribution facilities across North America. Jody has a Bachelor of Engineering Degree; she is a Lean Black Belt and trained as an ISO 9001 internal auditor. She has taken numerous trainings on coaching, continuous improvement, and negotiation and is able to translate this knowledge to deliver process improvements and successfully implement continuous improvement projects. She has a collaborative approach to delivering process improvements while empowering employees and leaders to deliver results. Her extensive operations leadership background in production, engineering and capital, maintenance, safety, quality, distribution, and supply chain enable her to take a strategic but hands on approach to business improvement. She will work with employees and leaders to develop effective quality and lean programs, reduce & mitigate risk, commission equipment, and deliver results.
