Experience in applying TOC (Theory of Constraints) philosophy, identifying bottlenecks to optimizing production in a wide variety of, Mixed Model Assemblies, Made to Order Products and OPF – One Piece Flow. Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Industrial Management, Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and QMS – Quality Management System ISO 9001-2015 internal auditor. Guest speaker in Lean conferences for Smart Manufacturing, TOC and Lean Transformation.
